How to claim your DOUBLE credits of Best Price Guarantee?

  1. Submit the completed claim email within 24 hours of your purchase with your confirmation number
  2. Capture screenshots from the website and URL with lower price you found, package details must be identical with your purchased itinerary from
  3. Identical flight numbers, dates, times and number and types of passengers (child, adult) as presented on ticket purchased on
  4. Include the page with fare rules and restrictions
  5. Claim must be sent by email to us and cannot be submitted via Call Center or other channel;
  6. Claim must contain the following information: personal data - name and surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address, number of ticket reservation purchased on, screenshots from the last step of booking process with competing price, screenshots presenting fare rules and restrictions and complete website URL address on which the lower price has been found.
  7. Each booking can only claim one time for each reservation number.


  1. Once details are submitted, we will start your claim investigation.
  2. For confirmed cases, the cash voucher code / promotion code will be generated for you to use on your next booking. 
  3. The cash voucher or promotion code will be:
    - in the same currency of your original purchase;
    - worth twice the value of the package price difference;
    - one-time use only;
    - expires 6 months after issued; (new booking must be made within 6 months, travel up to 1 year)
    - non-transferable to other people and not for resale;
    - cannot be combined with other offers; 
    - cannot be exchanged for cash;
    - can only be used on when typed in ‘promotion code’ box;
    - U-FLY Package Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.

Terms and conditions:

  1. You must have a confirmation Package booking with e-itinerary from our official sales channel.

  2. You must find a lower publicly available rate ("Lower Rate") on a non-U FLY holidays booking channel for the same Packages. "Same Packages" means a booking which contains at least a Flight + Hotel combo with the same Flight details ( flight number, flight date, fare rules, fare type, baggage allowance, meals allowance, ticket validity, number of guests etc..), same Hotel details, ( hotel, room type, check in/out dates, length of stay, number of guests, designation, meals inlcuded etc..) as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies, and the same terms and conditions governing the overall rate.
  3. You must submit your claim through email within 24 hours of making your reservation and at least 72 hours prior to your flight departure.
  4. The “Same Package” must be available to purchase at the time when our agents verify the application.
  5. Each booking can only submit once for the claim of “Best Price Guarantee”.
  6. Price comparison have to be in the same currency.
  7. Unless prohibited by law, U-FLY Package Holidays Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Our guarantee does not apply to the following:

- Comparisons that are not exactly the same;
- Claims submitted later than 24 hours of your purchasing will not be considered;
- Standalone products – Flights, Hotels, Tours, Car rental etc...
- Discount or internal rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to these rates: industrial, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale, group rates, actual/electoral voucher, promotional code or other specially negotiated rates;
- Reservations made within 72 hours of departure;
- Taxes, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges;
- Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rates.
